Our Recruitment process

First course
Winterlicher Grünkohl Salat

We meet at the digital table for our joint appetizer, which includes a 30-minute conversation with the Hiring Manager and part of our People & Culture team. During the appetizer, we will introduce ourselves to each other and exchange initial questions.

 
Main Course
Pommes und Burger auf Tablett

Now comes the main course! The digital table can be exchanged with a physical one - in other words, we invite you to a conversation in our office in Düsseldorf. During the main course, we ask you to present a previously prepared case study followed by a further exchange about the position & DISH

 
Dessert

In this final part of our recruitment process we talk about cultural topics and discuss what it means to be part of DISH.
