Modern payment terminals like DISH Pay even offer convenient payment options such as paying via QR code. This frees up your staff from cash payments and allows them to focus on customer service.
Usually you need two types of contracts: A contract with a payment service provider that sets the prices and conditions for cashless payment options and enables you to accept cashless payment. The second contract is with the hardware provider. Sounds like a lot of paperwork, right? We feel you and we do it in a different way - DISH Pay includes both! With one contract, you get your terminal and you will be able to receive electronic payments.
QR code payments are a modern way to enable your guests to pay their bill. QR payments can increase the satisfaction of your guests by reducing the time spent on the payment process. This is particularly important when your guests have little time (e.g. at a business lunch). Another benefit for your: QR payments are also a way to address staff shortages by relieving your staff of a repetitive routine task.

DISH Pay is a robust all-in-one cashless payment solution that consists of two core elements: a payment acceptance contract that enables you to accept cashless payments and the hardware, your payment terminals.
DISH Pay offers classic terminals and so called Tap to pay terminals. Payment terminals are hardware devices that enable your guests to make payments using their bank or credit cards, smartphones, or smartwatches. You can also choose between a one-time purchase and rental for various periods for the different terminals.
DISH Pay’s Tap to Pay solutions provide cost-effective payment devices that allow guests to simply tap their cards or NFC-enabled devices, such as phones or smartwatches, for contactless payments.
DISH Pay’s classic terminals offer flexibility through both one-time purchases and multi-period rentals, allowing our customers to choose the option that best suits their business needs. Additionally, when these terminals are not connected to DISH POS systems, tipping functionality is available directly on the terminals, enhancing guest convenience and boosting revenue for our customers.
Your guests can choose to pay online or at the terminal. We support the most common payment methods such as VISA or MasterCard. All details can be found in the price list. Click here for the price list for Germany.
The current DISH Pay offering and pricing structure consists of two parts:
First, the lease or purchase of the payment terminals. Second, the payment acceptance contract, which includes the transaction fee for each payment made by your guests.

Terminal Replacement Service, a mandatory service that applies to both the "one-time purchase" and "rental" options of the terminal, covering terminal
replacements in the event of defects for our customers. For the "one-time purchase" option, TRS is charged additionally on a monthly basis; for the "rental" option,
TRS fee is included in the monthly rental fee. Please refer to DISH Pay Special Conditions Part II Chapter B for details of TRS related conditions.
Yes, you can connect DISH Pay if you already use DISH POS. You cannot connect DISH Pay with any other cash registers.
When using the DISH Pay mobile terminal, there is no interruption between WIFI and the 4G network - seamless transition! If the WiFi network has a poor quality, the device will automatically switch to the mobile 4G network. The SIM card is included free of charge.
